The E Fitness class is a challenging, fun-filled group class that incorporates high-intensity interval training (HIIT), muscular endurance, plyometrics and calisthenics into a 1-hour session 5 days a week.

SGT SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Small group training (SGT) sessions are specialized workouts designed to improve endurance, speed, power and overall athletic performance for like-minded athletes. These workouts are intense, and require strict conformity to proper form to minimize risk for injuries. Group sizes are kept small at 2-4 people to maximize the benefit of our program and take advantage of the expert training. SGT offers all of the individualized attention and specificity as personal training but with the fun and competitiveness of a group dynamic.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Working with a personal trainer is great for clients who want to get fit on their own schedule and desire a highly individualized fitness program to reach the goals they care about most.
